Over 18 years providing assurance services including statutory audit, Ind AS implementation and financial statement reviews to leading Japanese companies in India. Also involved in PCAOB audit support and US GAAP implementation, including SPAC-deal advisory.
Sakshi Jain
Experience leading statutory audits, quarterly audits and limited reviews for listed and private entities. Involved in internal controls and advisory services relating to accounting and compliance, including PCAOB audits and US GAAP conversion.
